Where can I buy or try a demo of your products?

You may wish to visit any of our authorised retailers to buy our products.

Most of our authorised retailers have demo units for customer to try. If you are unsure which outlets carry our stocks or make demo units available for trying out, give us a call and we will guide you along.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please call our customer service hotline or email us at enquiry@miuvoshop.com and we will try to modify your order.

Kindly note that if the goods have already been shipped out, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order. In this case, you may request for a refund. An administrative fee may be levied on refunds. Please note that goods returned have to be in original packaging and must not been used or tampered with in any way.

Is there any delivery charge for my online purchases?

We provide free delivery for all online purchases above $30.

Delivery timing varies. Please indicate your preferred time on the order and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

How long do I have to wait for my online purchase to be delivered?

We aim to deliver your item within 1-3 working days, once payment is received.

I still have not received the items I ordered. What should I do?

Kindly contact our customer service at 6522 2696 / 8808 9467 to check on your order. Please quote your order number for faster processing.

What happens if I’m not around to receive the items when you deliver?

For massage chairs, we usually contact our customers to arrange for a convenient delivery slot. If you are unable to sign in your item, you may nominate another person to receive it on your behalf.

For small massage products, we use Qxpress service and the delivery man in your region will contact you directly. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. However, additional courier charges may apply. You may wish to check with our customer service personnel on the freight charges involved.

Free delivery only applies to deliveries within Singapore.

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes, we do allow for self-collection for urgent purchase.

You may pick up your purchase from us at our Service Centre – 3 Ang Mo Kio St 62 Link@AMK #04-12 Singapore 569139. Self-collection by appointment only. Kindly call us at 6522 2696 / 8808 9467 to make arrangements.

How long is the warranty period for your products?

We provide 1 year local warranty for all our products.

How do I register for my warranty?

Easy! Just register online and we will do the rest. Save the hassle to mail in any warranty card or receipts.

My product is incorrect / defective / contains missing parts. What should I do?

We are very sorry that this happened. Please contact us or send us an email sales@miuvoshop.com with the following information and we’ll rectify it!

  1. Order ID (for online purchases only)
  2. Serial number (must tally with online warranty registration)
  3. Problem (i.e., incorrect order/missing item/defective product)
  4. Photo (if required)

For product malfunction / defects, please proceed to send the product down to our service centre for exchange / repair / replacement. Please note that we may require you to show proof of purchase in order to check that the warranty is still valid.

Where can I go to get an exchange / service my product?

The products must be returned to our service centre before any request for exchange / servicing will be entertained.

14 days 1-1 exchange for online purchases


For 1-1 exchange on your online purchases, please bring down your product (together with all accessories, packaging and user manuals) within 14 days of purchase to our service centre.

Product liability

Miuvo Lifestyle Pte. Ltd. will take no liability or claims for any damages done due to customer’s negligence. Customers are recommended to read through the user manual before using the product.

What are the payment modes for online purchases?

We accept payment by PayNow, PayLah and credit card (via Paypal). All major credit cards are accepted. 

Alternatively, you may pay via interbank transfer or by cheque.

  • For direct bank transfer, you may make payment to our bank account as follows: DBS Bank Current Account 047 9022 422
  • For cheque payment, please make cheques payable to Miuvo Lifestyle Pte. Ltd.

Please take note that we require funds to be credited/cleared before delivery can be made. If you need the massage products urgently, kindly contact our friendly customer service and we will can try our best. 

Do I have to register for a Paypal account to buy online?

There is no need to sign up for a Paypal account if you do not have one.

  1. Just click on ‘Proceed to Paypal’ at the Checkout page.
  2. You will then be directed to the Paypal payment page.
  3. Click on ‘Pay with my debit or credit card’ and enter credit card details.

All prices displayed on our online store are in Singapore dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Can I pay cash upon delivery?
