Kindly note that if the goods have already been shipped out, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order. In this case, you may request for a refund. An administrative fee may be levied on refunds. Please note that goods returned have to be in original packaging and must not been used or tampered with in any way.

Delivery

  • We provide free delivery for all online purchases above $30.
  • Delivery timing varies. Please indicate your preferred time on the order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We aim to deliver your item within 1-3 working days, once payment is received and subject to stock availability.

For massage chairs, we usually contact our customers to arrange for a convenient delivery slot. If you are unable to sign in your item, you may nominate another person to receive it on your behalf.

For massagers and other small products, you may receive an email, sms or call from the appointed courier. You may then check on the delivery status via the tracking code provided.
In the event of a failed delivery (ie. no one at home to receive), you may receive a notification for re-delivery. The designated courier will attempt re-delivery for another 2 tries before the parcel is returned to us.

Yes, we are able to ship internationally for small products. However, additional courier charges may apply.
Please check with us on the freight charges involved. Kindly quote your order number for faster turnaround.

Free delivery only applies to deliveries within Singapore.

Yes, we do allow for self-collection for urgent purchase.

Exchanges/Returns

14 days 1-1 exchange for purchases through Miuvo’s website

a. The following criteria must be fulfilled in order for Miuvo to allow you to return your product for 1-1 exchange:

i. you must report the issue(s) with your product to Miuvo within 14 days (including public holidays and weekends) of your receipt of the product;
ii. you must provide proof of purchase for your product (e.g., your original invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email);
iii. the product must be in the original condition that it was in when you received the product;
iv. You must return the product in its original packaging, without removing any tags, protective film, or stickers present on the product or its packaging;
v. You must return all manuals, accessories, vouchers and any free gifts associated with your purchase;
vi. All sealed items must not be opened;
vii. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted;
viii. If you are returning your product for a refund or exchange due to your product being faulty or defective, the relevant fault or defect must have been present at the time of delivery to you; and
ix. the product is found to be defective or faulty upon inspection at our service centre.

b. Delivery charges in relation to the return or exchange of the product shall be borne by the buyer.

c. We may reject your request for refund or exchange at any point in time if your request for refund or exchange does not comply with the criteria set out above.

Sorry, we do not allow for product returns.

We advise all customers have a go at the demonstration units at our retail partners before making their purchase. This allows for a well-informed purchasing decision.

Miuvo will take no liability or claims for any damages done when using our products.

Users are to read through the user manual before using the product.

Online orders

We accept payments via credit card, GrabPay and PayNow. All major credit cards are accepted.

Alternatively, you may pay via interbank transfer or by cheque. Please note that payment via these methods may delay the delivery.

Please take note that we require funds to be credited/cleared before delivery can be made. If you need the massage products urgently, kindly contact our friendly customer service and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

There is no need to sign up for an account, although we highly recommend registering an account for you to track your order easily.

You can check your order easily through either of these means:

  1. Check your email inbox for the order confirmation upon order placement. Sometimes, our emails may end up in the spam folder.
  2. For registered users, you can login here to check on your orders.

Payments

All prices displayed on our online store are in Singapore dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

We do not recommend payment by cash upon delivery for purchases.

Warranty

We provide 1 year local warranty for all our products.
Warranty information can be found inside the user manual for your product.

For massage chairs, standard warranty of 1 year on site applies.

We are very sorry that this happened. Please contact us or send us an email to sales@miuvoshop.com with the following information and we’ll rectify it!

  1. Order ID (for online purchases only)
  2. Serial number (must tally with online warranty registration)
  3. Problem (i.e. incorrect order/missing item/defective product)
  4. Photo (if required)

For product malfunction / defects, depending on the purchase date, you may be entitled for a 1 to 1 exchange. Our service representative will contact you to arrange for product exchange.

You may receive an email or notification to send your product down to our service centre for exchange / repair / replacement. Please note that we may require you to show proof of purchase in order to check that the warranty is still valid.
