Massage Chair Cleaning Service – Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver
1. Service Scope
The service includes surface cleaning and/or sanitisation of the massage chair using appropriate cleaning products and standard procedures. The service does not include mechanical repair, internal electrical servicing, or replacement of parts unless specifically agreed in writing.
2. Pre-Service Disclosure
The customer agrees to inform the service provider of any existing damage, malfunctions, unusual noises, electrical issues, prior repairs, or sensitive materials (e.g., cracked leather, peeling upholstery, or exposed wiring) before the service begins. The provider is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer shall ensure:
- The chair is accessible and located in a safe working environment
- Power supply is safe and functional
- Personal items are removed from the chair prior to service
4. Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver
Without prejudice, the customer acknowledges that cleaning involves the use of moisture, cleaning agents, and standard handling. By accepting the service, the customer agrees that:
- The service provider shall not be liable for damage arising from the cleaning process. This includes any discolouration, staining, pre-existing wear, material deterioration, hidden defects, or manufacturer weaknesses
- The provider is not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or internal failures that occur during or after cleaning
- The provider’s total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service
5. Material & Upholstery Condition
Older, cracked, or deteriorated materials (including PU, leather, or synthetic coverings) may be fragile. The customer accepts the risk that cleaning may expose or worsen existing deterioration.
6. Electrical & Mechanical Disclaimer
The service does not include diagnostic, repair, or warranty of electrical or mechanical components. Any malfunction discovered during service will be reported to customer.
7. Booking & Payment
Booking is only confirmed via email, Whatsapp or phone communication with customer and subject to full payment made prior to the service.
8. Satisfaction & Claims
Any concerns or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. The provider will assess the issue and determine reasonable resolution where applicable.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or allowing the service to proceed, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
