   Love the compact size of MiuDivine Massage Chair, and the reclining is at the front, so no worry that u cannot put close to the wall, how nice!! Color also so nice.

   Very comfortable massage with many modes to choose..particularly like the relaxing and sleep mode.
   Quality is on par with big brand names and cost less than half of big brand names
   Thank you Annie from Giant Tampines for introducing the suitable massage chair for my dad 70th year old birthday.
   The miudivine team also provided a wish card for my father. They accommodate to my request of exact date for delivery. Thank you miuvo team.

   Its a pleasant customer experience with Miuvo sales team. Special thanks to Annie (Miuvo, Giant Tampines) who patiently demonstrated both the massage chair for us to evaluate and to decide on the right one.

   We took almost an hour; Annie did explain all the different programs, functions with the comparison, which helped us to move with Miudivine 2. It’s a product worth for the money.

   The delivery came the next day morning which is also good. I strongly recommend Miuvo.

   Lower back is good due to smaller rollers penetrating deeper. But for upper back, Miudeluxe will be better.
   Quality-wise, just hope the pu leather can last.
   Placed order on Shopee on thursday, delivered on Saturday. Tried demo at Giant Tampines, served by Annie, whom was patient in explaining both divine and deluxe models.

   Massage chair is always an item in our wish list. We’ve looked at so many brands and products and reviews and yet we couldn’t decide on which to get. Annie, located at Tampines Giant is a superstar! Through her patience and knowledge, we decided to buy Miuvo’s MiuDivine 2 massage chair straightaway. Also, she is not pushy at all. We also have to give credits to the miuvo logistics team, we made the purchase a day ago, and they delivered the product the next day! Kudos! Oh, I fell asleep during my first session on my new massage chair too!

Its a product worth for the money. The Delivery came the next day morning which is also good. I strongly recommend to anyone to approach Annie for MiuVo products.

    Very good quality. We have tried the massage chair at their trial/testing store at Tampines Giant. The sales assistant, Miss Annie is very patient and not pushy or hard sell. She is pleasant and will always give honest advice. We are very satisfied with Miuvo’s massage chair! The price is cheaper than other Brands. Great buy on Shopee.

    – served by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person, Annie (location: outside Giant Tampines)
    – company was able to accomodate to our timing and date of availability
    – surprised us with an early delivery of item (in less than 24hours) We are happy with the purchase as the item:
    – is compact and not bulky – able to go through our small door
    – deliveryman tested the machine and ensure that we checked for defects Whole family is enjoying the machine. Hopefully it will last. Thank you!

    Great customer service! Annie at Muivo Giant Tampines was very friendly, patient and helpful. She let us tried different massage chairs and tested with various functions for the needs of my elderly parents, my wife and myself to be able to choose the right model. Delivery is super fast within 2 days with a free message chair cover. The whole family loves it.

    Love the chair and function well. Ordered on 7/7 from Shopee and received on 8/7. Lady at whatapps replied very fast. Every thing is great except for the grumpy delivery man who is consistency grumbling about how cramp the main door opening and bedroom door opening is. These openings are of standard size….

    For the price the work performance is acceptable. Default massage time is only 20 mins so have to restart the setting every 20 mins. Customer Service via shopee n whatsapp is slow and not responding over the weekend, have to keep asking them for response.

    Was served by Lianni at IMM Giant. She patiently and professionally served me and explained to me the difference of each chair. Even I told her that I will buy online during 9.9 Shopee Lazada sales due to the additional rebate, she’s been very understanding and serving me professionally.
